Angel Soft Skin

At Angel Soft Skin, we are committed to providing high-quality soaps and skincare products made with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Any return requests made after 7 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for refund.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities

We recommend reviewing all ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full application. Individual skin sensitivities vary.

Angel Soft Skin is not responsible for allergic reactions to ingredients listed in our product descriptions. Refunds cannot be issued for skin reactions. However, we encourage you to reach out so we can assist and address any concerns.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

6. Shipping Policy

Angel Soft Skin currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
